Our monthly Ayurvedic women’s circles offer a nurturing space for women to pause, reflect, heal and grow toghether. Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the rhythms of the seasons, each gathering is an invitation to reconnect with your body, mind, heart and soul.
Through seasonal rituals, meditation, mantra, pranayama, gentle movement, self-reflection and meaningful connection, we create a sacred circle where every woman is seen, heard and supported.
