In this Ayurveda workshop you will learn how to gently restore balance and vitality through ancient Ayurvedic wisdom adapted to modern life. 

What's included?

This 2,5 hours workshop blends learning with guided practice. You will receive practical tools for daily life and restorative yoga session and rest sequence you can repeat at home. Chai and healthy snack during the learning session.
