According to Ayurveda, summer is governed by the Pitta dosha, which is associated with heat, intensity, and transformation – and when out of balance, can lead to irritability, inflammation and burnout. 

In this Ayurveda workshop you will learn how to stay cool, balanced and nourished during the warmer months. Discover practical tools and ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, adapted to modern life, to help you maintain vitality, clarity and inner harmony throughout the summer season. 

What's included?

This 2,5 hours workshop blends learning with guided practice. You will receive practical tools for daily life and restorative yoga session and rest sequence you can easily repeat at home. Chai and healthy snack during the learning portion of the workshop.
